Manages and works with challenging groups while using wit and words of encouragement will ascend a group into a robust vacation-loving group. Accepts and Applies demanding administration tasks as expected from a world class organization, consistently and on-time. Criteria: Consistency on: - Attendance - Flexibility to last minute changes - Demonstrated knowledge of PicTours quality standards to customer experience - Photo and video value to customer and social audiences - Open, eager for new tour products and shares areas to improves experience - Owns It. Whatever responsibilities assigned, fully grasps its scope and self manages through accomplishment. - A recent or current example of outstanding and exceeding customer expectations
